Founded in 2005 by corporate housing experts Kimberly and Eric Smith, CHBO was designed to meet the expanding extended stay lodging needs of the traveling public and to provide a marketing solution for property owners. CHBO gives renters access to detailed property listings from owners and representatives we trust. Our services are always free to renters. Landlords make a modest investment to be included in the CHBO inventory of quality listings.
